Outbid.az is a paid advertising and ranking service. These terms explain exactly what a payment buys and what it does not.

01What this service is
Outbid.az sells position on a public leaderboard. Placement is advertising, not an editorial ranking, an award, or an endorsement. We do not review, test, rate or recommend the products, sites or people listed.
The order of the board is decided by the amount paid, and by nothing else. A higher position means a larger payment, not a better product.
02Payments
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record. Card details are entered on their checkout page and are never seen or stored by us.
Prices are shown in Azerbaijani manat (AZN) before you pay. The exact amount required for a given position is displayed next to that position at the moment you bid.
03What a payment buys
A payment places your listing at the position that amount can take at that moment. It does not reserve, lock or guarantee that position for any length of time.
Another bidder may pay more and move above you at any time, including immediately after your payment clears. This is the intended behaviour of the service, not a fault.
Raising your own bid moves your existing listing up. It does not create a second listing.
04No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee traffic, impressions, clicks, leads, sales, revenue, search rankings, or any other outcome from appearing on the board.
Click counts and visitor figures shown on the site are measurements of what happened, not promises of what will happen.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site.
05Your right to submit a listing
You must own the website, product or profile you submit, or be authorised to represent whoever does. By bidding you confirm that you have that right.
Do not submit anyone else's site or profile without their permission. Listings submitted without authority are removed, and no refund is given.
We may take down a listing at the request of the person or company it represents.
06Earning a place with time
Time spent actively on the site can earn one free listing per day. A time-earned listing always sits below every paid listing and cannot pass one, however long you stay.
Attempting to automate, script or otherwise fake time on the site forfeits any earned placement.
07What may not be listed
Malware, phishing, fraud and deceptive schemes; adult content; illegal goods or services; content that targets, harasses or exposes a private individual; and anything unlawful under Azerbaijani law.
Listings whose title, description or link misrepresent where they lead are also removed.
08Removal and refunds
Payments are final. A listing removed for breaking these terms is not refunded.
If you want your own listing taken down, write to us and we will remove it. Voluntary removal does not entitle you to a refund of the amount already paid.
If a payment is taken and, through our error, no listing is created, we will either place the listing or return the payment.
09Content shown on your listing
We read the title, description and icon published by the page you link to, and display them alongside your listing. If any of it is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
You remain responsible for the content of the page you link to.
10Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with this service is limited to the amount you paid for the listing the claim concerns.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost business or lost data.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Listings already on the board continue under the terms in force when they were placed.
12Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
If something goes wrong, write to us first — most problems are settled that way. Disputes that cannot be settled are subject to the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
